- Zucchini - 1 medium, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for 1-2 minutes, then set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
