Ingredients

  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
  • Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 200 grams
  • Mushrooms, sliced - 100 grams
  • Spinach - 100 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto) - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Beef broth - 400 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they soften.
