- Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
- Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 200 grams
- Mushrooms, sliced - 100 grams
- Spinach - 100 grams
- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto) - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Beef broth - 400 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
