Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Konjac noodles - 200 grams, rinsed and drained
  • Shirataki mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Radish - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Mirin (sugar-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Water - 300 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, cooking until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in the sliced radish and shirataki mushrooms, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, mirin, and water, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Add the konjac noodles and half of the chopped green onions, stirring well to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.
  10. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with the remaining green onions before serving.
