Ingredients
- Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Konjac noodles - 200 grams, rinsed and drained
- Shirataki mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Radish - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Mirin (sugar-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Water - 300 ml
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the sliced radish and shirataki mushrooms, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, mirin, and water, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the konjac noodles and half of the chopped green onions, stirring well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with the remaining green onions before serving.
