Keto Negima Burger

Ingredients
- Chicken thigh - 300 grams
- Green onion - 2 stalks
- Soy sauce (low-sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large
- Avocado - 1 medium
- Mayonnaise (sugar-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to the chicken, and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, chop the green onions into 5 cm lengths.
- After marinating, thread the chicken pieces and green onion onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- While grilling, slice the avocado and prepare the lettuce leaves by washing and drying them.
- Once the chicken skewers are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- To assemble, take a lettuce leaf, spread a tablespoon of sugar-free mayonnaise, and place the grilled chicken and green onion skewers inside. Top with sliced avocado and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
