  • Erythritol - 30 grams
  • Coconut milk - 80 milliliters
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 50 milliliters
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (optional for chocolate version) - 10 grams

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and erythritol.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, vanilla extract, and water until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  4. If you want a chocolate flavor, add the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix thoroughly.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape them into small balls or discs.
