Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Miso paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Green onion (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together until smooth, about 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, followed by the egg and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out into a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings by mixing zucchini, bell pepper, green onion, miso paste, and a little olive oil in a bowl.
