Ingredients
- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Miso paste - 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Zucchini (sliced) - 100 grams
- Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
- Green onion (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together until smooth, about 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, followed by the egg and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out into a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings by mixing zucchini, bell pepper, green onion, miso paste, and a little olive oil in a bowl.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the miso vegetable mixture evenly over the top.
