- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Mentaiko (spicy cod roe) - 50 grams
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
- Avocado - 1 medium
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, egg, and almond flour. Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into two equal burger patties.
