  • Ground beef - 300 grams

  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Mentaiko (spicy cod roe) - 50 grams
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, egg, and almond flour. Mix until well incorporated.
