Ingredients

  • Coconut yogurt - 200 grams

  • Almonds (chopped) - 30 grams
  • Pumpkin seeds - 20 grams
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut - 20 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, matcha powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
  2. In small serving glasses or bowls, layer the matcha coconut yogurt mixture at the bottom.
