- Avocado oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
- Shredded cabbage - 100 grams
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, katsuobushi, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the burger patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
