Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 50 grams

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 leaves
  • Sliced cucumber - 50 grams
  • Keto-friendly sauce (e.g., sugar-free mayo or low-carb katsu sauce) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
  3. Dip each patty in the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with almond flour.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
