- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
- Lettuce leaves - 4 leaves
- Sliced cucumber - 50 grams
- Keto-friendly sauce (e.g., sugar-free mayo or low-carb katsu sauce) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Dip each patty in the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with almond flour.
