Ingredients
- Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, julienned
- Cooked chicken breast - 100 grams, shredded
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Rinse shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into thin noodle shapes and cut them to desired length.
- Boil a pot of water and cook the almond flour noodles for 3-4 minutes until they float to the top.
- In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and cucumber, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the cooked shirataki noodles and almond flour noodles to the pan, followed by soy sauce.
- Toss everything together gently until well mixed and heated through.
