Ingredients

  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2, julienned
  • Cooked chicken breast - 100 grams, shredded
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into thin noodle shapes and cut them to desired length.
  4. Boil a pot of water and cook the almond flour noodles for 3-4 minutes until they float to the top.
  5. In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add bell pepper and cucumber, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  7. Add the cooked shirataki noodles and almond flour noodles to the pan, followed by soy sauce.
  8. Toss everything together gently until well mixed and heated through.
  9. Serve topped with shredded chicken, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
