- Heavy cream - 100 ml

- Gelatin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, heavy cream, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Heat over low-medium heat until warm but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
