Ingredients

  • Frozen edamame - 200 grams
  • Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the frozen edamame. Cook for 5 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain the edamame and return it to the pot.
  3. Add olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and lemon zest to the edamame. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook over low heat for an additional 2 minutes to warm through and allow flavors to meld.
