  • Gelatin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Toast the black sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant, then let them cool.
  2. Grind the toasted black sesame seeds into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the ground black sesame, coconut milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally until the sweetener dissolves.
  4. In a separate small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  5. Once the coconut milk mixture is warm, stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
