- Gelatin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pinch of salt
Steps
- Toast the black sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant, then let them cool.
- Grind the toasted black sesame seeds into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
- In a small saucepan, combine the ground black sesame, coconut milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally until the sweetener dissolves.
- In a separate small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
