  • Kelp noodles - 200 grams

  • Zucchini (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish) - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the kelp noodles under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
