Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine sake, soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, and dashi stock. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Season the bonito fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Carefully place the bonito fillets into the simmering mixture. Cover the saucepan and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
