Steps
- Prepare the udon noodles according to package instructions or spiralize zucchini into noodles if using a Paleo alternative.
- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and season it with salt and black pepper.
- Place almond flour in another shallow dish.
- Dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat it with almond flour, pressing firmly to adhere.
