Ingredients

  • Bitter gourd - 100 grams (thinly sliced)
  • Chicken breast - 200 grams (boneless, skinless)
  • Almond flour - 50 grams (for breading)
  • Egg - 1 large (beaten)
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon (grated)
  • Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Spring onion - 2 stalks (sliced)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
