- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Cauliflower (riced) - 200 grams
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Oil (for frying) - 100 ml
Steps
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then dredge in almond flour.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and let it rest.
- In the same pan, sauté the sliced onion until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and mirin to the onions, stirring well, then reduce the heat to low.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg and pour it over the onion mixture, gently stirring to combine and cook until just set.
