- Chicken breast - 200 grams

- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Japanese curry roux - 100 grams
- Water - 300 ml
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out on a floured surface to fit a pizza pan.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to the pizza pan and set aside.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then fry the breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a separate saucepan, combine the curry roux and water, stirring until the roux is dissolved and the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips.
- Spread the curry sauce evenly over the pizza dough, then layer the sliced katsu on top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the katsu, and add chopped green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
