Ingredients

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the egg and olive oil to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into a circular pizza shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While the crust is baking, marinate the chicken slices in coconut aminos and curry powder for 10 minutes.
  7. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Add the diced vegetables to the skillet with the chicken and sauté for another 5 minutes until they are tender.
  9. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 3-5 minutes to create a rich curry sauce.
  10. Once the crust is done baking, remove it from the oven and top it with the chicken and vegetable curry mixture.
  11. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
