  • Egg - 1 large
  • Carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • Potato - 1 medium, diced
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped
  • Curry powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable broth - 300 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Start by preparing the chicken: season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour, dip in beaten egg, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
