- Cornstarch - 50 grams

- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Burger buns - 2
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Shredded cabbage - 50 grams
- Sliced pickles - 4 slices

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and baking powder. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
