- Spinach - 100 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well.
- In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
- Add the dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin to the pot. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
- Stir in the crab meat and shirataki noodles, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Add the spinach and chopped green onions, cooking until the spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
