- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
- Green onions - 2 stalks, cut into 5 cm pieces
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the crab meat to the marinade, gently mixing to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- While the crab is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the zucchini and bell pepper, and washing the cherry tomatoes.
- After marinating, thread the crab meat and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between crab and vegetables.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the crab is heated through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
