  • Zucchini - 100 grams, sliced into rounds
  • Bell pepper - 100 grams, cut into squares
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, cut into 5 cm pieces
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Mirin - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the crab meat to the marinade, gently mixing to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. While the crab is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the zucchini and bell pepper, and washing the cherry tomatoes.
  4. After marinating, thread the crab meat and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between crab and vegetables.
  5. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the crab is heated through and vegetables are tender.
