  • Sake (optional) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish) - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the crab innards and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they are cooked through.
  3. Stir in the miso paste and sake (if using), mixing well until combined. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the crab meat and green onions, stirring gently to combine everything. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
