- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the diced carrot and frozen peas, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix with the vegetables.
- Add the cooked sushi rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps, and stir to combine with the vegetables and eggs.
- Stir in the crab meat, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until everything is heated through.
