Steps
- Cut the pork belly into 5 cm cubes and season with salt and black pepper.
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sear the pork belly on all sides until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the coconut aminos and bone broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low, allowing it to braise for 2-3 hours or until the pork is tender.
