  • Cooked short-grain rice - 200 grams
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the oysters under cold water and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the oysters to the pan.
