Steps

  1. Begin by draining the silken tofu and gently patting it dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the drained tofu, white sesame paste, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, and grated ginger. Mash the mixture with a fork until smooth and creamy.
  3. Peel the Fuyu persimmons and cut them into thin slices or cubes, as preferred.
