- Chopped green onions - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the ripe persimmons in half and scoop out a small amount of the flesh to create a slight cavity for the glaze.
- In a small bowl, mix the white miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread the miso glaze evenly on the cut sides of the persimmons.
- Place the glazed persimmons on a baking sheet, cut side up, and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top.
