  • Napa cabbage - 100 grams, chopped
  • Shiitake mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
  • Tofu - 100 grams, cubed
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, combine the dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped Napa cabbage and sliced shiitake mushrooms to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Gently add the fresh oysters and cubed tofu to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the oysters are cooked through.
