Ingredients
- Potatoes - 2 medium (about 300g)
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (5g)
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
- Dried seaweed flakes - 1 tablespoon (3g)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly into sticks, about 5mm thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato sticks with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper over the potatoes, then toss again to distribute the seasonings.
- Spread the potato sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Once done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with dried seaweed flakes while they are still hot.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
