Steps

  1. Clean the squid by removing the head and innards; rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Cut the squid body into thin slices (about 0.5 cm thick) and arrange them on a serving plate.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and coconut aminos to create a dipping sauce.
  4. Add a pinch of sea salt to the squid slices to enhance flavor.
  5. Arrange the sliced radish and cucumber around the squid on the plate.
  6. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds over the top.
