- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - to taste
- Shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven spice) - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Clean the pork intestines thoroughly under running water, removing any impurities and excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sake, mirin, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Cut the cleaned intestines into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated intestines onto skewers, alternating with sliced green onions.
