Ingredients

  • Silken tofu - 300 grams

  • Soy sauce (Halal) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili oil - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Nori seaweed - 1 sheet, cut into strips
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced thinly

Steps

  1. Begin by draining the silken tofu and gently patting it dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the tofu into 2 equal squares and place each square on a serving plate.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil (if using) to create the dressing.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped green onions, grated ginger, and toasted sesame seeds over the tofu.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the topped tofu.
  6. Garnish with strips of nori seaweed and thinly sliced cucumber.
