Ingredients

  • Silken tofu - 300 grams
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Shaved bonito flakes - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Grated ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Nori (seaweed) - 1 sheet, cut into strips
  • Wasabi (optional) - small amount

Steps

  1. Drain the silken tofu and cut it into cubes or serve it whole on a plate.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and grated ginger.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped green onions, shaved bonito flakes, and toasted sesame seeds over the tofu.
  4. Drizzle the soy sauce mixture on top of the garnished tofu.
  5. Add nori strips and a small amount of wasabi if desired.
  6. Serve immediately, either chilled or at room temperature.
