  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water until chilled. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: julienne the cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper; halve the cherry tomatoes.
