Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Soft-boiled eggs - 2
  • Baby spinach - 50 grams
  • Nori sheets - 2, cut into strips
  • Cooked chicken breast - 150 grams, sliced
  • Chili oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste until fully dissolved.
  3. Add the sliced cooked chicken and baby spinach to the broth, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the chicken is heated through.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the halal ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. To serve, divide the cooked ramen noodles into two bowls. Ladle the hot broth and toppings over the noodles.
  6. Top each bowl with a soft-boiled egg, sliced green onions, and nori strips. Drizzle with chili oil if desired. Serve immediately.
