- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Baby spinach - 50 grams
- Nori sheets - 2, cut into strips
- Cooked chicken breast - 150 grams, sliced
- Chili oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste until fully dissolved.
- Add the sliced cooked chicken and baby spinach to the broth, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the chicken is heated through.
- Meanwhile, cook the halal ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- To serve, divide the cooked ramen noodles into two bowls. Ladle the hot broth and toppings over the noodles.
- Top each bowl with a soft-boiled egg, sliced green onions, and nori strips. Drizzle with chili oil if desired. Serve immediately.
