- Sake - 15 ml

- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cabbage - 50 grams, shredded
- Wasabi - 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the ground beef to the marinade, mixing well to incorporate all flavors. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
