Steps
- Peel the daikon radish and cut it into 1-inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Place the daikon rounds in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
