  • White miso paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the white miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to create the glaze.
  3. Husk the sweet corn and remove any silk strands.
  4. Using a brush, generously coat each ear of corn with the miso glaze.
  5. Place the corn on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and has charred grill marks.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill, and while still hot, brush on any remaining glaze.
