  • Cooked chicken breast - 100 grams, shredded
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced bitter melon and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in the crumbled tofu and shredded chicken breast, followed by soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, mixing well.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the bitter melon and protein mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with black pepper and sesame seeds.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, slice, and serve hot.
