Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bitter melon and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly tender.
- Stir in the crumbled tofu and shredded chicken breast, followed by soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, mixing well.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

- Spread the bitter melon and protein mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with black pepper and sesame seeds.
