Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 150 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100 grams
  • Goma dressing (sesame dressing) - 60 ml
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Baby spinach - 50 grams
  • Avocado, sliced - 1 small
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, olive oil, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust, about 1 cm thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Spread the goma dressing evenly over the crust.
  7. Top with shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and baby spinach.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  9. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with sliced avocado and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
