- Goma dressing (sesame dressing) - 60 ml
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Baby spinach - 50 grams
- Avocado, sliced - 1 small
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, olive oil, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Spread the goma dressing evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and baby spinach.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
