  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced

  • Miso paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
