Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe dish and cover it with a lid or cling film.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir the mixture. Repeat this process for a total of 3 minutes until the mixture becomes a sticky dough.
- Sprinkle cornstarch on a clean surface and transfer the dough onto it. Allow it to cool slightly.
