Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Drain the firm tofu and wrap it in a clean kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle cornstarch evenly over the tofu cubes, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Drizzle vegetable oil over the tofu and toss gently to coat. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
