Ingredients

Steps

  1. Peel the daikon radish and carrot, then julienne both into thin strips.
  2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds, then cut each round into quarters.
  3. Finely chop the green onion, using both the white and green parts.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the julienned daikon, carrot, cucumber, and chopped green onion.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and salt to create the dressing.
