Ingredients

  • Daikon radish - 300 grams

  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Peel the daikon radish and grate it using a box grater or a food processor.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the grated daikon radish to the skillet and stir well to combine with the garlic.
  5. Cook the daikon for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it becomes tender and slightly translucent.
  6. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to the skillet, mixing well to incorporate all the flavors.
