- Daikon radish - 400 grams

- Miso paste - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Spinach - 100 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel the daikon radish and grate it using a box grater or food processor until you have about 400 grams of grated daikon.
- In a bowl, combine the grated daikon, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture to form a dough-like consistency.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape the daikon mixture into a round pizza crust, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it is golden and crisp.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing miso paste, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Once the crust is done, spread the miso sauce evenly over the top.
- Layer the sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, and spinach on top of the miso sauce.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes to taste.
- Slice and serve the Daikon Radish Pizza warm.
